Extremely helpful staff, who was always willing to help so don't be afraid to ask about anything (festivals, good areas to explore, bus stops, cash withdrawals etc). Food was very good (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner in form of a bufet, snacks - burgers, sandwiches etc. in the pool bar), drinks are generous as well - all free with all inclusive. Rooms are very clean and will be cleaned daily, towels are changed every 2 days. Really appreciated the big balcony for evening chill. Location is really good - near the busiest street and close to all the restaurants & bars. Could be a little noisy for some people as right next to the hotel is Lunapark but it usually closes before midnight. Pool and surrounding area is very clean, space for little children is available as well as table tennis/pool table right next to bar/pool. Every night there is an event hapening in the pool bar area until aprox 11PM, so it is a great place to chill/have a pre-drinks before going out. There is a safe box available in every room - has to be purchased from the reception (deposit + small fee). Opportunity to also borrow beach towels so you don't have to buy one or bring from home (again deposit + small fee), as well as an option to borrow a bicycle which I cannot recommend enough - unless you like walking - the caves and Capo Greco wilderness is some walk away from Ayia Napp

Very nice hotel, you can see it's not old. The room is big and so is the bathroom. The hotel is very clean and well-kept - both inside and out. Nice and helpful staff. The hotel has a swimming pool, not very large but sufficient. The pool bar serves everything you need. As for the restaurant, we only ate breakfast. A large selection of tasty dishes. The hotel also offers parking for guests. The hotel is well situated for visiting Ayia Napa. A place worth recommending.WK
