This has by far EXCEEDED all expectations and has been the ABSOLUTE BEST hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff are beyond friendly, greet you with warm towels and comp champagne if the timing is right. The room is cleaned every time you leave. The views are immaculate. The hospitality is top tier. We were given a comp bottle of champagne because room service accidentally threw away the remaining of our bottle. Cars were always called for us as soon as we asked. The breakfast selection is TOP TIER. This hotel is brand new and you can tell, interior golds and marbles I mean, Id rather stay here than the four seasons. Don't even doubt staying here and thank me later when you do!!!!!

We had the pleasure of spending my birthday here and enjoyed every single day of our 7 day adventure at the hotel. Location It is a 15-20 minute walk to the very center of Ayia Napa but to be quite honest, we were happy to be able to move around after eating several of our evening dinners in the center (we do have the tendency to have a "little" too much). The distance was perfect. No more than this. Rooms Absolutely outstanding. Extremely clean and fresh with a lovely ocean view. Very modern, roomy and excellent house keeping. Bathroom was a good size with high quality shampoos, lotions and conditioners. Restaurant(s) Breakfast is more of a Breakfeast. Enormous selection of foods and, especially for us, quite easy to eat healthy. Lots of fresh fruits and wholesome alternatives while tempting you with treats if you wish. Spa and Gym We both took some treatments and were very happy with the service and feeling. The gym is well equipped and very clean. Pool Area Absolutely a highlight of the hotel. Amazing pool area with tons of sunbeds. No need to run down early in the morning to reserve a place for the day. Floating beds in the pool and 5 star service all day long!

Staff is extremely polite and warm! Everyone really wants to help you! This hotel is sparkling clean! The whole pool area is being cleaned each morning by at least 10 people. Half board: There is an option to choose between launch or dinner but Notice about that: These meals does not include drinks! You will have to pay extra for each bottle of water you order. I would expect a 5 stars hotel to have at least a free water cooler at the pool in the hot summer days - we don't need to pay for that! Beside that, Breakfast was great! Launch and dinner were ok. Moreover: Free parking, 3 minutes of walking to the beach and an amazing view! The hotel facilities are brand new and we truly enjoyed our stay!
