Stayed there for 2 days and had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was big, clean and had all amenities expected from a 4 star hotel, breakfast was excellent, pool area was well organized with activities expedited by dedicated persons (water sports, aerobics etc), bar prices ok but medium quality and finally, it was adjacent to the beach which was a big plus. Highly recommended.

Great hotel on the beach. Very clean throughout. Comfortable rooms/beds. Good quality selection of food at buffet. Great pool and bars. Easy walk into town. Bus stop right outside. Friendly helpful staff. Only a three minor gripes: 1) you have to pay €2 a day for the room safe 2) the air con didn't go below 18°C (maybe you have to pay extra - we didn't ask?) 3) The sun beds on the hotel's private part of the beach are chained together, some in groups of 8. That's understandable for security. But the chains are so short, its difficult to move them as the sun goes round. Longer chains needed please!

We as a family of 4 have just come back from 2 weeks(June 25th - July 9th) at Melissi Beach Hotel. We had the best 2 weeks ever! We cannot fault anything about our 2 week stay at the hotel. The hotel location is perfect next to a superb sandy beach with clear blue sea, a lovely pool area with a pool bar and a short walk from the main centre of Aiya Napa with plenty of bars, clubs. restaurants and shops that have all the necessities. Every single staff member was very nice and made our stay very welcome and enjoyable, they all work so hard everyday. There was a good selection of food at each meal so we never had to worry about not eating as you would always find something from the selection to eat. The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel throughout. We were all so sad to leave and come home and already want to come back! Thank you all so much for a wonderful holiday! 5/5 for sure!!!

very recommended! The stuff was super nice, the room was large, balcony was huge and the food was great. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. I really recommend taking the all inclusive package. The only const is that the hotel itself was a bit smaller than I imagined, and it’s important since there’s not much to do in Napa if you’re not into the nightclubs, but it didn’t matter, we had lots of fun anyway.
